What happened to the bookmarks in Edge?

In the upper right corner of the Favorites menu, click the button that says Restore deleted favorites. Right-click (or pick and hold) the item or folder you wish to recover, then choose Restore. Important: You may only recover favorites that were lost or deleted during the last 28 days.
